Todd was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. He is married to Jessica Glazier who owns a property management company in Bigfork, Montana. They have a baby boy by the name of Dawson. They have a dog by the name of Scout and live in Bigfork, Montana located on Flathead Lake. Like most Montanans, Todd loves to hike, fish, golf, ski and take advantage of the many other outdoor recreational activities in Montana.
He attended the University of Montana and the University of Maryland. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance, Marketing and Administration. Thereafter he attended Gonzaga University. While attending Gonzaga, he was an editor on the Law Review and worked at the United States Attorneys Office. |

After graduating from Gonzaga, Todd worked for the Montana Supreme Court gaining valuable legal skills and appellate experience. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, United States District Court of Montana, United States Ninth District Court of Appeals, State of Montana and State of Idaho.
Todd founded Glazier Law Firm and has been licensed in Montana since 1998. Todd has been very successful in representation of individuals injured or killed in an accident, wrongful termination, elderly abuse, criminal defense, and estate planning.
Charles A. Knell is an attorney with over thirty (30) years of private practice in Montana and California. Mr. Knell is a certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California. He is a member of the State Bar of California and of Montana. Mr. Knell’s private practice centers on the passage of wealth to future generations using the most sophisticated methods available, and includes charitable tax planning, business succession planning, and elder law. He has served as Vice President, Wealth, and Estate & Trust Consulting for Davidson Trust Co. and Davidson Companies.
Mr. Knell grew up in Billings, Montana, went to Carroll College in Helena, Montana and received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. He has taught Business Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning courses at Foothill College in Los Altos, California. |

Mr. Knell is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Montana and California. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Knell has been active in the California State Bar Association where he is a member of the Business Law and Estate Planning subcommittees. Mr. Knell is a member of the El Camino Hospital Estate Planning Council, and has been active in community activities. He has been regularly involved in seminar presentations, training sessions and national symposiums which address corporate and nonprofit, family partnerships, real estate, tax, executive compensation, business succession, elder law, estate planning and asset protection issues.
Mr. Knell’s experience includes working for the Internal Revenue Service as an Estate Tax Attorney in San Francisco, where he served as a District Conferee on their appellate staff. He has been awarded the highest accolade in Martindale-Hubbell, which is based upon the opinion of other legal professionals in the community. In 1998, he was recognized as a Distinguished Volunteer Fundraiser by the Silicon Valley Chapter of the National Society of Fund Raising Executives.
Nella was born in Virginia Beach, Va. Her father was a career Navy Officer, so Nella's family lived in and visited many wonderful places when she was growing up. Nella and her husband, Mike, are both retired from the Navy. They spent several years in Virginia working as Information Technology Consultants to government clients. They moved to the Flathead in 2005 and really love their new home. Mike works for Flathead Electric as a Computer Programmer. They have one son who joined the U.S. Marine Corps after graduating from Flathead High in 2006, and a daughter who lives in Florida. They are enjoying Montana’s wonderful scenery and activities.
Nella graduated from Saint Leo University with Honors with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems. She is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional. She always had an interest in the law and legal system, and completed Old Dominion University’s Paralegal Certificate Program with honors. When she moved to this area she decided to make a career change, and was hired by Glazier Law Firm in July of 2005. Nella’s hobbies include enjoying the outdoors, crocheting and knitting. |
